Peach soup with pancetta


Lu's peaches made their way into a peppered peach soup with crispy pancetta. I added a bit of vanilla to the soup, which gave it a very lovely flavor—still savory, but with an interesting note that hinted at sweetness ever so slightly. I put it in an espresso cup and garnished with a delicate little jasmine blossom. Complex and delicious!
