The recipe for these
apricot and tarragon cocktail cookies are in the latest Food & Wine magazine. At first it seemed like a really odd combination to me, but then I thought about how tarragon has that fennel-anise flavor...and then I thought about Italian biscotti with anise... see where I am going? Brilliant! And I absolutely love dried apricots, so I knew this cookie would be a winner. Trust me, the combo works magnificently.
