Moroccan date + quinoa bonbons


Who doesn't love a bonbon?! And these aren't just ordinary bonbons, they're fiber bombs! Moroccan dates, ginger, orange blossom honey, kalamata olives, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, orange zest, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, and lovely orange flower water—combined together with cooked quinoa, make an exotic little snack. I used Chef Elizabeth Faulker's recipe, (she's genius, and so is the recipe) but then I added cooked quinoa to add some protein and a little extra fiber.
