How about a nice Hawaiian punch? Pieces of cold chicken mixed with sweet pineapple, crunchy red peppers, pea pods, cilantro and macadamia nuts make a tropical summer salad. You can even sprinkle some shaved coconut on it. I use Trader Joe's sweet chili sauce to dress this salad—it's sweet and sassy!
