In the immortal words of the Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of Oz, "who put the ape in apricot?" Sometimes it's just the simple things that taste so wonderful... ripe apricots, a little nob of gorgonzola cheese, and a drizzle of orange blossom honey... dee-lish!
