This is a fun twist on a
Tuscan white bean salad. I tossed white
cannellini beans with purple cauliflower florets (raw, so they keep their purple color), fried sage leaves, lemon olive oil, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and garnished with purple sage blossoms.
