These baby beets came from
Canaan Farms in Wenham. Aren't they beautiful? They were picked just hours before I bought them. Even though the beets were only the size of golf balls, the greens were massive. I'll steam or roast some of the beets, and maybe shave some of them—raw—into a salad.
